What is your return policy?
No Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
We encourage customers to read item descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order—we’re always happy to help.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! — to an extent haha.
We do custom modifications on all bags. So, if you see a bag but want it in a different fabric, we got you! If you want different hardware, we got you! Shoot us an email if you have an idea in mind, and lets see what we can do!
Do you have a storefront?
