Reclaimed and Upcycled Sail Sling and Backpack

This handmade convertible backpack sling is crafted from upcycled *sailcloth, giving it a lightweight feel with a unique nautical story behind every stitch. Designed for versatility and adventure, it easily converts from a sling bag to a backpack, just unzip the back strap and you’re ready to go!

The front flap features 2 dophins zig-zag stitched detail and snaps securely onto the top of the bag to help keep your belongings safe inside. The interior is fully lined with durable ripstop fabric, making it both lightweight and strong for everyday use or travel.

Organization is where this bag really shines:

• The front flap has a zipper pocket and when unsnapped there is a slip pocket divided for pens, pencils and whatever else
• Inside the first gusset zipper, you’ll find a zipper pockets for valuables
• The second gusset features a slip pocket and a zipper pocket
• Foam is on the bottom and the back of the bag for keeping electronic devices cushioned
• The back of the bag has a large zipper pocket for items you want close and secure
• A sturdy top hook allows you to hang the bag when not in use or while on the go.
• Both sides include water bottle pockets

*Sailcloth is very durable and dries fast. It can be water resistant or splash proof, but usually not 100% waterproof. We reuse well traveled sails in our creations. They’ve been soaked and scrubbed, but some residual stains and marks are embedded in the material…it adds character. Hand wash with a light detergent. Air dry only.
